BACKGROUND

SNT ENTERPRISE was founded by Mr Koh Hock Chye Nelson in 2007 and was incorporated into a Private Exempt Limited Company in 2013 when his son Ryan Koh joined him.

Nelson has accumulated over 40 years of construction experience and has undertaken various challenging construction projects such as High Rise and Low Rise Residential Housing, Commercial Warehouse, Addition and Alteration works for Residential, Civil works, Design and Build solutions and Residential Show flats construction.

 

Today with his Son Ryan,SNT takes on the role as Main Contractors for small to medium size projects and performs Project Management to coordinates all the specialist trades for New Erection and Additions and Alteration works to Residential landed houses, Addition and Alteration to commercial warehouse, Interior Renovation works to Residential Apartments and Commercial offices,Civil Engineering works to Fish Farm and Re-Pavement works for Condominium under MCST.

-Track project progress and fine tune deviations.
